All in

In case you wondered whether I was holding back on this whole parenting thing, wonder no longer: I'm officially all in. The sporty 4-seater has been demoted to the Dad-mobile, and I'll now be driving this sexy little thing.

Come on now, I know you want to come along for the ride.

I can see you checking out my rear, by the way.

I'll be printing bumper stickers that read "I feel cooler than I look." Any other minivan moms want in?

You will love it. It'll take a few months to not feel self-conscious, but the benefits are soooooooo worth it. Your back already thanks you.

Nice car! Minivans are cool.. lots of the suburban NJ moms around here drive them and I've already told my husband that our next car will be a minivan. How else can you carpool, really?

I'm actually super jealous. That is the exact minivan I want right now. Alas, I'm running my Honda Pilot into the ground before I buy the minivan.

I think you'll look damn good. :)

I don't think we can be friends any longer. Sorry. I have pretty strict standards.

I am super jealous. I aspire to be a mini van driver some day soon.

I have a friend with triplets who refused to get a minivan until she really wanted it.

She didn't want to drive one and said it would be a downer to get when she didn't want it but she was sure one day she would really want one. She was right and she now drives one of those ...

I'm trying here.

Love it! I'm sporting the same van, only mine got "totaled" this summer with hail damage.

I console myself by asking: whose rear doesn't have a little hail damage?

To up your cool quotient, I really think you should consider a custom paint job. either flames on the sides, or waves with a jolly roger flying from the antenna.
